REFUND POLICY
Refund requests may be made by phone during regular business hours or in writing. Attendees who request a refund at least 24 hours before the start of a class, program, or event will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees, unless an earlier refund deadline is specified. No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the start of a class, program, or event. If a class, program, or event is canceled by the Federation for any reason, including but not limited to weather or emergency, all paid participants will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy Notes:

Some classes or programs may have a minimum and maximum enrollment number, which must be satisfied before a class or program will be held. Enrollment limits may vary depending upon the nature of the class and the available instructional space.
This policy excludes programs by the JCC Day Camp and the Brenner Early Learning Center.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of request or cancellation.
